This role offers the unique opportunity to support clients in multiple settings, helping individuals of all ages build independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans to promote functional independence in fine motor skills, self-care, and adaptive behavior
• Support clients and individuals transitioning from hospital to home care
• Educate families and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment
• Document treatment sessions and client progress with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain organized therapy spaces and ensure equipment is in working order
• Collaborate with a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered care
