Performs responsibilities as an integral team member of an OT/OTA collaboration focused on patient centered decision making. Documents delivery of Occupational Therapy services. Educates patients, family, caregivers, significant others, and staff members. Directs and supervises activities of support personnel. Performs occupational therapy programs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, utilizing standard occupational therapy techniques as appropriate for the patient's age, functional impairments, abilities, needs, and desires.
