The Occupational Therapy Assistant - Weekend will complete treatments per initial evaluation completed by OTR; assess ADL skills; assist in treatment planning; monitor response to treatment and modify treatment appropriately, and revise therapy goals in collaboration with OTR. The role also involves attending designated clinics, rounds, and conferences to render patient information and complete appropriate documentation. Other responsibilities include providing in-service education and community education within the scope of knowledge base, adhering to the supervisory plan, and clinically supervising OTA SL1, OTA students, Rehab Therapy USTs, and volunteers.
