About The Position
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Part-Time or PRN Location: Cadiz, OH Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our rehab team in Cadiz, Ohio on a Part-Time or PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for flexibility, supportive leadership, and meaningful patient care. Position Highlights: Part-Time or PRN schedule available Flexible days and hours Supportive rehab and facility leadership Consistent caseload in a skilled nursing setting Opportunity to make a real impact with geriatric patients
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active Ohio OTA license (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome
Responsibilities
- Assist the Occupational Therapist with treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy services to residents
- Document treatments and progress per facility and state guidelines
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Promote patient independence and quality of life
