Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
• Current license in the State of Arizona.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• One year of preferred experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers specified evaluations.
• Conducts general activity programs.
• Assists in implementing specific treatment programs under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Functions as an interdisciplinary team member under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Evaluates activities of daily living status.
• Assists the OTR in the implementation of a formulated treatment plan.
• Provides quality occupational therapy services according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
