Anoka Technical College is seeking two experienced unlimited full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) faculty members. One position will be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of clinical fieldwork education, and the other position will have regular faculty responsibilities. Both positions instruct students in a range of subjects and courses across the assigned OTA curriculum. Part of the faculty role is to assess student competencies as described in the curriculum to support student success and demonstrate a commitment to working in a diverse, multicultural, and multi-racial community. Additional duties to include but are not limited to: Deliver occupational therapy instruction in day and alternate schedule formats across multiple levels and learning styles. Maintain consistent communication with students through office hours, email, and telephone. Participate in departmental maintenance, program and curricular meetings, accreditation, and information sessions. Develop curriculum/lesson plans to maintain relevancy with the status of the field and accrediting body. Support the mission, vision, and core values of Anoka Technical College.
