About The Position

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Phoebe Allentown in Allentown, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Please note that this position will average 40 hours per week. Must be available Monday-Friday

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

Responsibilities

• work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
