Your Impact & Responsibilities: Clinical Implementation: Work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality therapeutic services and restorative interventions. Functional Training: Deliver skilled treatments focusing on ADLs, functional mobility, and compensatory strategies to improve resident independence. Progress Tracking: Monitor and document resident progress accurately and timely in accordance with California state and federal guidelines. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the OT, nursing staff, and medical team regarding resident status and discharge goals. Resident Advocacy: Educate residents and their families on home programs, safety practices, and the use of adaptive equipment.
