About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: Under the supervision and direction of the Occupational Therapist, the Occupational Therapist Assistant provides treatment and instruction for delegated patients. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting Minimum Experience Hospital experience preferred Required Registration/License/Certification Current Kansas Occupational Therapist Assistant certification or eligible for certification CPR certification(Basic Cardiac Life Support [American Red Cross-CPR for the Professional Rescuer] or Basic Life Support [American Heart Association-Health Care Provider] certification obtained within 90 days of employment
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
- Hospital experience preferred
- Current Kansas Occupational Therapist Assistant certification or eligible for certification
