About The Position

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our supportive team and reap the benefits of some of the best career advantages in the industry. This part-time position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week and is set in a Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, or Skilled Nursing Facility located in Overland Park, KS. The pay is up to $35 per hour, based on experience and location.

Requirements

• Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Enjoy working in geriatrics.

• Experience in various settings such as CCRC, SNF, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Outpatient Clinics, Home Health, Telehealth, and Post-Acute care.
• New graduates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
