• High degree of self-motivation and commitment to patient care.
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a senior living or rehabilitation setting.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call occupational therapy services to residents as needed.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist residents in achieving their rehabilitation goals and improving their daily living skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health record systems.
• Build positive relationships with residents, demonstrating sensitivity to their needs and preferences.
