Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.
Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
Experience in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation is preferred but not always required.
