Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current OT license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to manage a diverse patient population in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

Experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings
Comfort working across different patient populations and care environments

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
Work across multiple settings, including acute care, inpatient rehab, and medical-surgical units
Deliver therapy that supports daily living activities, mobility, and safety
Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory standards
