We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who will bring strong expertise in sensory integration and a passion for working with diverse learners in a collaborative, school-based environment. This position requires the candidate to provide school-based occupational therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. The Occupational Therapist will conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports to inform eligibility and service planning. They will design and implement evidence-based interventions that address fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, motor planning, and other school-based functional skills. Additionally, the therapist will collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student participation across school environments. The role also includes providing consultation and training to staff on sensory strategies and classroom modifications, contributing to team meetings, progress monitoring, and data collection processes, and supporting inclusive practices to help adapt curriculum and school tasks to ensure access and participation for all students.
