About The Position
On Lok PACE is a non-profit committed to the care of elders, focusing on providing comprehensive support to seniors with chronic care needs. The Occupational Therapist will work under the administrative direction of the Center/Program Manager and the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapy Program Specialist. This role involves providing treatment and interventions, overseeing the OT Functional Maintenance Program, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the well-being of On Lok participants.
