Requirements
- Completed Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for Occupational Therapist state license (or eligibility to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with upper extremities or interest in obtaining CHT preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy to patients with post-op, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions to promote functional independence, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team and support staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Raintree.
