About The Position

Occupational Therapist, FT, Piedmont Columbus Midtown RESPONSIBLE FOR: Providing occupational therapy for a designated group of patients, including evaluations, modalities, and treatments. Responsible for the care of patients treated by certified occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers. We have multiple locations to choose from: Midtown campus Northside campus John B. Amos Cancer Center Gateway Road Physical Therapy Clinic (Outpatient PT) one on one treatment sessions in outpatient settings. Piedmont Columbus Regional is the regions healthcare leader consisting of two primary hospitals (Midtown and Northside), plus the Bill and Olivia Amos Childrens Hospital, and the John B Amos Cancer Center. Our Midtown Campus is a 583-bed, acute care hospital and features a regional Level II trauma center. Our Northside Campus is a licensed 100-bed general acute care hospital specializing in orthopedic, spine, bariatrics, and surgical services. Requirements

  • MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in occupational therapy
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: New Graduates of Occupational Therapy program eligible
  • MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Current GA License as Occupational Therapist or current compact privileges in Georgia.
  • ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: BLS through AHA required
