Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in our Early Intervention Department, who will provide therapy services in children’s natural environments or via telehealth. The OT will provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions to children ages 0-36 months with physical, neurological, genetic, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional deficits. This role will be responsible for adhering to the EI guidelines, documentation, and funding requirements. This role will also collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for children on their caseload. This is a community-based role, averaging 4–5 visits per day, 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, with a strong focus on relationship-building and developmental support. The position primarily serves Douglas County—one day each in Parker, Castle Pines, and Castle Rock, with occasional visits to Aurora.
