We're hiring a passionate Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients (pediatric through adult), develop individualized care plans, and oversee COTAs providing follow-up visits. YOUR ROLE: Evaluate patients in-home (pediatric to adult) Develop care goals and treatment plans Supervise COTAs and review their charting Perform occasional follow-up visits as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as an OT
- Active Texas OT license
- Valid driver’s license & CPR certification
