Occupational Therapist (Full-Time, School-Based) – In-Person Saginaw, MI Ampersand Therapy, a therapist-founded and run company, is hiring a School Based Occupational Therapists (OT). We offer positions, serving school districts with meaningful caseloads tailored to district needs. Position Details Start/end Date: 2/2/26 Location: In-person, school-based position Schedule: full time M-F Service Area: Student evaluations, treatment sessions, IEP development, and team collaboration
Requirements
- Valid MI Dept of Ed Occupational Therapy License
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for serving students and advocating for their needs
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in schools preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and deliver direct treatment in school settings
- Complete IEPs and all required documentation timely and accurately
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and other school staff
- Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines for school-based therapy
