About The Position

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, plan and provide medically prescribed treatments to restore patients to their maximum performance and independent functioning through a plan of care and therapeutic process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Successful completion of an occupational therapist program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education: Association or other State Board of Health recognized accrediting body.
• Valid MS State Department of Health (MDH) Occupational Therapist (OT) license; or limited 90- day permit; Limited permit must be obtained and submitted prior to hire date.
• Valid driver's license for positions assigned to Outpatient Physician Clinics.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
