Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Up to 80 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off Up to $3,000 Relocation bonus Clinical Ladder up to $5,000 Job Summary Hand clinic setting with preference for experience in treating orthopedic upper extremity conditions and orthotic fabrication. An Occupational Therapist assists patients with minimizing disability and developing skills and attitudes to increase independent functioning. Patients are referred for medical and educational services as indicated for a variety of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. An Occupational Therapist is responsible to plan and implement prevention, habilitation, or rehabilitation services including counseling and orientation that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. An Occupational Therapist assists patients with minimizing disability and developing skills and attitudes to increase independent functioning. Patients are referred for medical and educational services as indicated. Responsible to plan and implement prevention, habilitation, or rehabilitation services including counseling and orientation that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
