About The Position

Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide School Based (K-12) services located in Cato, NY. This is a 4 day/week position for approximately 8 weeks. Part-time can be considered. Our mission is to provide the best possible services to children in their natural environments. Requirements

Doctoral, M.A., or M.S. degree in Occupational Therapy.
NYS License in Occupational Therapy
Must demonstrate excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to children K-12 in individual and group sessions.
Contribute to the development and follow through of the IEP.
Establish and maintain parent communication and education to support carryover across settings.
Collaborate with other service providers to support IEP goals and objectives.
Complete session notes and annual reviews as required.
Collaborate with center-based team
Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision.
