We're hiring a passionate Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients (pediatric through adult), develop individualized care plans, and oversee COTAs providing follow-up visits. Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as an OT
• Active Texas OT license
• Valid driver’s license & CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in-home (pediatric to adult)
• Develop care goals and treatment plans
• Supervise COTAs and review their charting
• Perform occasional follow-up visits as needed
