About The Position

Home Care Occupational Therapist (OT) Part-time or PRN Lincoln, NE Are you an Occupational Therapist who loves one-on-one time with your patients and the flexibility of providing care in the comfort of their own homes? Join our Home Care team and help clients stay safe, independent, and living their best lives at home. What You’ll Do: Provide one-on-one OT services in patients’ homes, focusing on safety, function, and independence Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Train patients and families on adaptive equipment, energy conservation, and home safety strategies Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, PT, social work, aides, etc.) to coordinate care Document timely and accurately in the EMR according to regulatory and agency standards Participate in case conferences and team meetings as needed

Requirements

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Compassionate, independent, and comfortable working in a variety of home environments

Nice To Haves

  • Previous home health, SNF, or rehab experience preferred, but strong new grads will be considered
