About The Position

Adelphi is seeking a qualified, licensed Occupational Therapist to provide contracted, on -site and/or teletherapy occupational therapy services for a public school district in Ruidoso, New Mexico. The Occupational Therapist will support students with occupational therapy needs by providing direct services, conducting evaluations, participating in IEP development, and collaborating with district special education staff in accordance with New Mexico licensure requirements and district policies. Requirements

Current and valid New Mexico Occupational Therapy license
NBCOT certification (if applicable)
Experience providing school -based occupational therapy services
Ability to deliver services in -person and/or via teletherapy (as assigned)
Resume reflecting relevant school -based experience

Responsibilities

Provide direct occupational therapy services as specified in students’ IEPs
Conduct educational evaluations and assessments in compliance with district timelines
Prepare comprehensive written evaluation reports including recommendations
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and related service providers
Provide consultation, training, and supervision as requested by district administration
Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and service logs
Ensure compliance with IDEA, FERPA, district policies, and professional ethical standards
Utilize district -approved technology platforms when providing teletherapy services (if applicable)
Perform other related duties as assigned
