  • Provide occupational therapy services and assessments to patients in their homes
  • Guide and instruct patients through prescribed therapeutic care.
  • Assist in the implementation and development of patient care plans.
  • Prepare progress notes following visits for patients’ charts.
  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensed to practice within the state of Florida
  • CPR certification required (Online certification not accepted).
  • At least one year of institutional experience
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association preferred.
