About The Position

As an Occupational Therapist at CentraCare, you will deliver professional therapy services across a variety of care settings associated with Rice Hospital, including inpatient, outpatient, home care, the Rice Rehabilitation Center, and other contracted locations. While the primary focus is pediatric outpatient care, you will also support patients across the lifespan—from infants to older adults. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication skills are essential as you collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, coordinated care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed by the MN Board of Occupational Therapy
• To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment or relocation bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position.
• Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
• CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time.
• Relocation bonus must meet distance requirements.
• Full-time or Part-time status may impact bonus amount.

Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $67,267.20 per year and increases with experience
• Salary range: $67,267.20-$103,441.54 per year
• $5,000 Hiring Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible candidates
