About The Position
Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician’s orders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required (unless grandfathered in under Bachelor’s degree).
- Wisconsin licensed or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain license within 3 months of hire.
- CPR certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Two years occupational therapy experience preferred.
