Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join an acute/academic medical center in Syracuse, NY. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Licensure: Current NYS Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in acute care & outpatient settings (required)
• Technical Skills: Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in acute and outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards
