We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled and patient-centered team at a highly rated senior living community in South Bend, IN. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to help residents thrive through personalized therapy, while working in a supportive, therapist-owned organization that truly values clinical excellence. · Flexible full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours/week) · Strong interdisciplinary support and welcoming therapy team About the Facility: Located in a countryside setting of Centre Township, this senior living community offers a full continuum of care and a vibrant, team-focused culture. · Continuing care retirement setting: short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, independent living and assisted living. Caseload with varied diagnoses and good mix of patient populations. · Rehab gym has many equipment options and resources, plus an ADL kitchen and bathroom. Requirements

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy license (or eligible to obtain)
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
