Occupational Therapist (OT) Reports To Director of Rehabilitation Job Summary Provides OT evaluations and treatments to patients with functional or adaptive needs to improve independence in daily living. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct assessments and establish treatment goals. Provide interventions such as self-care training and adaptive equipment. Document evaluations, treatments, and progress. Supervise COTAs and collaborate with care teams. Train caregivers and nursing staff. Qualifications A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required. A current state license to practice Occupational Therapy is required and must be maintained in good standing. Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
