Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to client-centered, evidence-based practice
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to client goals
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Provide education, support, and recommendations to clients and caregivers
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with regulatory requirements
