About The Position

Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Pediatric Therapy Department located in Plainfield, Indiana. This role is designed for a motivated clinician who is excited to take on a leadership-track position while receiving support and mentorship from an experienced administrative team. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to work with outpatient and ABA learners as a part of our comprehensive therapy program. Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • NBCOT Registration
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana (or license eligible)
  • Must be energetic and enjoy working with children

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans for a wide variety of diagnoses.
  • Modify treatment plans as needed and apply appropriate therapeutic techniques to support functional, sensory, motor, and self-help skill development.
  • Complete prior authorization reports, evaluations, progress notes, quarterly updates, and all documentation in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with BCBA’s, clinicians, families, and other providers to achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Participate in teaching opportunities, student clinical education, and interdisciplinary program planning.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and mandatory training/licensure requirements.
  • Interact professionally and respectfully with clients, families, staff, teachers, and other providers.
  • Consistently demonstrate high integrity and alignment with the company’s core values.
