Your expertise and compassion will change lives by creating personalized treatment plans that help patients regain independence, improve function, and enhance their overall well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required!
Responsibilities
- Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients' needs
- Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
- Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, creating life-changing outcomes for patients
- Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community
