About The Position

Celebrations Speech Group is a well-established private practice and Non-Public Agency (NPA) serving pediatric clients across school and home settings. We are seeking a part-time, fully remote Occupational Therapist to provide virtual services to pediatric clients.

This is a non-exempt position scheduled for two 8-hour days (9:00am–6:00pm PST). Candidates must be able to consistently work these hours.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Current, active California Occupational Therapy license in good standing (or eligible)
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Teletherapy experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations using standardized assessment tools
• Provide teletherapy services to pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete evaluation reports and maintain timely, accurate SOAP documentation
• Provide caregiver consultation and education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Potential future supervision of a COTA, if applicable
