About The Position
Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at McLean County Nursing Home in Normal, IL is seeking its next employee-owner team member. This position will be split between McLean County Nursing Home in Normal, IL and EverTrue Lutheran Hillside Village in Peoria, IL.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

- acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
