We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem and Part Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. As an Early Intervention OT, you will: Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more Use electronic documentation for each visit Complete weekly scheduled visits

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Nice To Haves

Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred

Responsibilities
