Requirements

  • Current Florida Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Home health experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in patients’ homes
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Evaluate and reassess patient progress, adjusting plans of care as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and families on techniques to improve safety, function, and independence
