Requirements
- Current Florida Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in patients’ homes
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate and reassess patient progress, adjusting plans of care as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on techniques to improve safety, function, and independence
