Requirements

Completed Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program
Active or eligible for Occupational Therapist state license (or eligibility to obtain)

Nice To Haves

Experience working with upper extremities or interest in obtaining CHT preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based occupational therapy to patients with post-op, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions to promote functional independence, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
Collaborate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team and support staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Raintree.
