Children's is searching for an Occupational Therapist to perform evaluations, establish appropriate goals, formulate treatment plans, provide treatment interventions, maintain comprehensive documentation, and assist with coordination of care within the scope of practice of occupational therapy for pediatric patients in the inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory care clinic and home settings. The role involves conducting occupational therapy assessments/reassessments, developing and modifying plans of care, providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, facilitating referrals, and completing comprehensive documentation. The therapist is also expected to assist the team in providing programs, systems, and processes that support high-quality care, current clinical practice, outcomes measures, and fiscally responsible practice, as well as facilitating growth and skill development for themselves, the team, students, and the community.
