About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients across Eagle Pass. You'll support children in reaching their developmental milestones by improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in daily life. Scheduling Options: Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week Full-Time: 25+ visits/week Daytime and after-school hours available

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
