Your Impact As an Occupational Therapist at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will: Assess Client Needs: Conduct comprehensive screenings and diagnostic evaluations to determine each client’s current level of function and rehabilitation potential. Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Design personalized therapy programs with measurable goals, adjusting interventions as needed based on client progress. Deliver Hands-On Therapy: Provide direct treatment using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance physical function and mobility. Educate and Empower Clients & Families: Train clients, caregivers, and support staff on effective home exercise programs to promote long-term success. Ensure Proper Equipment & Adaptations: Evaluate and facilitate the acquisition of necessary adaptive equipment and supplies to support client treatment plans. Maintain Accurate Documentation: Complete detailed clinical records and required documentation to support high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
