About The Position

Occupational Therapist - Part-Time Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join its team of dedicated healthcare providers. This individual is needed for 20 weekly hours and needs are on weekdays. Sunnyview is a Nationally ranked facility! Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
• Current NYS OT license and registration
• 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experienced preferred
• Must be able to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
• Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Our exceptional team of Occupational Therapists perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques
• Establishes, implements, and adapts an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency)
• Documents accurately and in a timely manner.
