About The Position

Occupational Therapist at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Part time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Reporting to the Manager of Therapy Services, this position is responsible for planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy. The Occupational Therapist (OT) collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and provides supervision of the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and the Occupational Therapy Aide (OT Aide). Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• California Occupational Therapist License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities
