Requirements

  • Florida Occupational Therapy License
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Travel to patients’ homes to deliver occupational therapy services that promote healing, recovery, and independence.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of the patient’s condition and home environment.
  • Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers to support treatment outcomes and independence.
  • Supervise and delegate care appropriately to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (as needed).
