About The Position
We’re seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to help our patients live their best lives. You’ll work with a range of patients, from those recovering from surgery to individuals managing long-term conditions, providing therapy that improves their day-to-day functioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in NJ.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations to assess patient needs.
- Design and implement therapeutic programs for physical, cognitive, and emotional rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with patients' families and caregivers to facilitate recovery at home.
- Track patient progress and adjust therapy as needed.
- Keep detailed records and provide timely updates on patient outcomes.
