About The Position
PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team and provide care for a diverse patient population. The role involves caring for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care within the PAM Health System, which operates over 80 hospital locations across 17 states. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire and commitment to learn. Requirements
- Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care
- Planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System
- Involved in the further development of the services
- Flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities
