About The Position

Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
- NBCOT certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations
- Create therapy plans that reflect patient goals and functional needs
- Deliver treatments focused on daily living, mobility, and coordination
- Instruct patients on exercises, routines, and adaptive strategies
- Recommend assistive devices or environmental modifications as needed
- Document patient sessions and progress clearly
- Coordinate with clinical staff to support continuity of care
