About The Position
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills through personalized therapy plans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy (ACOTE accredited).
- Valid Florida OT license.
- 1–3 years of clinical experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong communication, compassion, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and train patients on proper use.
- Educate families and employers on patient care and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and supervise support staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned
